This website is for Mill River Periodontal Group. It collects only what you type into the contact form: your name, email, phone number, how you want us to reply and the message you write. We use it to answer you.

What not to send

Please don't put medical details in the contact form. For anything urgent, call us. Health history goes on the forms in our private patient portal, which is a separate system.

Who sees your message

The referral desk and the periodontists in our offices. We don't sell your information, and we keep your records private and share them only as the law allows.

Tracking

This site uses no advertising or tracking tools and has no embedded scheduler. The referral form and the patient portal are linked from this site and open in their own pages, which have their own policies.
