About the practice
Mill River Periodontal Group is three periodontists who share one referral desk and three offices in Springfield, West Springfield and Chicopee. We limit our work to the gums and the bone that hold teeth, and to implants. Your patient's own dentist stays at the center of their care.
Examine, plan, treat the gums, and place implants when a patient needs one. We tell the patient what we found and what the options are.
Routine care, crowns and the rest of the patient's treatment. We write to you so you can plan around ours.

You get a written report after the exam and after treatment.
